Honors Seminar in Behavioral and Social Sciences
An interdisciplinary exploration of a topic, theme, or current issue through the lens of behavioral and social sciences. The seminar emphasizes project-based learning and depth of understanding through lively class discussion, critical examination of multiple sources of knowledge, and utilization of a variety of modes of inquiry. Students apply and develop their critical thinking, academic inquiry, and independent research skills through projects and presentations. Specific course topic varies by semester.
Special Requirement: Membership in the Honors Scholar Program, or permission of the Honors Coordinator
