Advanced Concepts in Practical Nursing
Continues to develop the knowledge and skills necessary for utilizing the nursing process and clinical judgment framework to deliver holistic nursing care to individuals and their families as they adapt to common, well-defined health problems. Course topics include maternal/newborn care, leadership, entry into practice, and community/public health.
Special Requirement: Concurrent enrollment in NUR 109C.
Prereq: NUR 107A with a C or better and successful completion of NUR 107C. This course is limited to Practical Nursing majors only.
