LPL - Liberal Arts/Plant & Soil Sci

Build the knowledge and skills to tackle significant real-world problems. In addition to liberal arts courses, you’ll take classes in botany, biology, chemistry, soil science, math and environmental science or ecology. Elective options in agriculture include courses in organic gardening, beekeeping, food preservation and storage, mushroom foraging and sustainable farming. You’ll learn about how scientists maintain the ideal growing conditions necessary for agricultural production and the cultivation of healthy, nutritional food.
